We're seeking an reputed company Veterinary Customer Services Representative to join our Small Animal Reception team. This full-time position (32 hours/week) requires varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for shift reputed company. As a Veterinary Customer Services Representative, you'll reputed company exceptional reputed company-line reputed company services, respond to routine and reputed company situations, and maintain accurate records and reputed company handling practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to routine, reputed company, and medical emergency situations in a reputed company manner
- Answer and reputed company reputed company calls appropriately
- Create accurate day-to-day admitting information through the hospital computer system
- Resolve routine problems and reputed company situations using medical terminology, office practices, and established customer service principles

Essential Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in a customer service, reputed company, or veterinary care environment

- Experience in analyzing and interpreting information

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
