Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative on the 3rd shift, you'll play a vital role in facilitating loan approvals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, and upholding the reputed company of our financial services. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls to reputed company solutions and support
• Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process

Qualifications
