Job reputed company As Senior Counsel, Global Alliances Legal, you will join reputed company of attorneys supporting AbbVies global alliances organization. You will shape and manage AbbVies most strategic external collaborationsfrom discovery through commercializationfocusing on AI partnerships and partnerships arising in Immunology and Immuno-Oncology. This role demands strong leadership and strategic thinking. Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Alliances, asset reputed company teams, disease reputed company teams, and R&D leadership across AbbVies key therapeutic areas to reputed company legal reputed company with portfolio objectives and advance reputed company decision-making throughout the product life cycle.
• Advise the Global Alliances Immunology, Oncology, and reputed company Intelligence teams on reputed company, partnership, and collaboration reputed company across the pharmaceutical life cycle.
• Interpret and analyze reputed company strategic agreements, including licenses, collaborations, and other alliances, and communicate reputed company legal advice to our business and leadership on issues arising from the research, development, and commercialization of partnered pharmaceutical products.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of agreements, including licenses, collaboration agreements, co-development and co-promotion agreements, and other reputed company R&D agreements with collaboration and research partners.
• Collaborate with the Transactions Legal team to evaluate, structure, and negotiate new Immunology, Immuno-Oncology, and reputed company Intelligence collaborations. Support due diligence and integration planning to ensure strategic fit and executional readiness.
• Advise clients and legal leadership reputed company to maximize our pipeline's potential.
• Serve as a go-to resource for senior management, business stakeholders, and fellow attorneys on innovative approaches in reputed company areas of law, business, and technology.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree required and must meet the reputed company licensing requirements of the state in which you reputed company.
• Large firm experience at Am Law 100 firm or in-house big reputed company/Life Sciences experience, preferably at a pharmaceutical company.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:
• drafting, reviewing, and negotiating life science/reputed company transactions, specifically global collaborations,
• advising business clients and senior management on ongoing reputed company global collaborations, and/or
• advising business clients and senior management on the research and development of pharmaceuticals.
• Experience supporting AI/ML technologies in drug development preferred
• Scientific background (undergraduate or graduate education in the sciences) or a strong interest in learning the basics of biology and reputed company.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of scientific, development, regulatory and reputed company concepts in both early and late-stage development programs.
• Proven ability in working autonomously, taking initiative, and is driven by successful business reputed company.
