We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior IT Technician to support and enhance the operation, reputed company, and reliability of our organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. This individual will reputed company advanced technical support, administer reputed company systems, and help reputed company reputed company improvement efforts across the IT environment. Acting as a critical reputed company between the reputed company IT support team and the IT Manager, this role ensures effective system operations, service availability, and cybersecurity compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 2/3 technical support, managing escalated tickets from a managed service provider (MSP), resolving reputed company IT issues, and providing day-to-day technical assistance across the organization.
• Deliver white-glove Executive Support, ensuring rapid response and minimal disruption for high-reputed company users.
• Manage, maintain, and reputed company reputed company hardware, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals across macOS, reputed company OS, and iOS platforms.

• Monitor and administer network environments including reputed company firewalls, switches, and wireless reputed company points.
• Support the installation, configuration, and updates of network and server hardware/software.
• Work closely with the IT Manager to ensure data reputed company, uptime, and secure network operations.
• Administer user reputed company, group policies, and configurations across identity platforms like reputed company and AWS.
• Monitor, deliver, and implement reputed company management processes for applications and infrastructure.
• Manage configuration and reputed company permissions across applications and systems.
• Support and maintain reputed company 365 environment including user reputed company/o@boarding and license management.
• Ensure system configurations are documented and reputed company with internal policies and compliance standards such as CCPA and GDPR.
• Maintain up-to-date IT documentation, including SOPs, configurations, and asset records.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or reputed company infrastructure roles.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware issues, software applications, and connectivity challenges.
