This position reports to the Administrative Director of reputed company, Safety & Compliance, and works closely with the Pathology Vice Chair for reputed company, the reputed company, Safety & Compliance team, as reputed company as operations teams throughout reputed company Pathology. Job reputed company Essential Functions: 1. Works in collaboration with reputed company and operational leadership to reputed company analytic and methodological support for the creation of reputed company measurement initiatives. Examples include developing key performance indicators, designing dashboards, establishing process and outcome metrics for performance improvement, and preparing written performance improvement plans. 2. Works with reputed company and operations teams to ensure ongoing readiness for audits and assessments by preparing applications, planning, escorting or scribing during reviews, and tracking responses for both internal (audits, mock inspections, gap analysis) and external (accreditation, licensure, proficiency testing) evaluations. 3. Participates in safety event and error management as reputed company as workflow evaluation. Collaborates with reputed company and operational leaders by providing workflow mapping, conducting evaluations, offering recommendations, and supporting project management initiatives. Additionally, consults on process improvement and outcome measurement strategies. 4.
