You'll take a concept, produce 2-3 test videos using any tools available — AI generators, CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or whatever works — upload them, and analyze the results. Responsibilities

• Research & Trendspotting: Explore trending niches and content formats in the English-language YouTube market.
• Content Testing: Produce 2-3 test videos per reputed company, including scripts, visuals, and basic editing.
• Storytelling Execution: Apply hooks, narrative structure, pacing, and reputed company design to maximize engagement.
• Scaling Proven Concepts: Adapt successful templates to 10-30 new topics for horizontal reputed company.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of YouTube viewing habits and trending content.

• Ability to edit videos using at least one tool: CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus (training provided).
• Speed, hunger, and a hustler mentality — experience and polish are secondary.
