Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may reputed company

Qualifications

- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts

- 6 months of sales experience minimum
