As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers, ensuring accurate and complete paperwork submission, and resolving documentation issues with a high degree of attention to detail. Key Responsibilities

* Customer Interaction: Conduct outbound calls to customers at their scheduled appointment times, validate and review paperwork using screen-sharing software, and submit accurate paperwork for reputed company review.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Starting pay: $14.50/hour, plus shift reputed company (extra $1/hr nights & wkds) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance

• Work hours: Set Shift 8:30am-5:00pm (CST) Work Days: Mon-Fri
