Position reputed company
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling daily member telephone calls, providing education, problem-solving, and creating linkages to the Medical Management Department for authorization of services. You may also be involved in assisting providers with eligibility, benefit, and reputed company of claims issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle daily member telephone calls, resolving queries, and providing education on our services
- reputed company members to the reputed company services needed, ensuring they receive the support they require
- Problem-solve and create linkages to the Medical Management Department for authorization of services
- Assist providers with eligibility, benefit, and reputed company of claims issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and reputed company of member concerns
Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent certification
- One (1) year experience in a customer service-reputed company role with reputed company contact with customers reputed company telephone, email, chat, and/or face-to-face
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications
Preferred Qualifications:
* One (1) year experience in a physician reputed company office environment or high-volume call center
- One (1) year experience and knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
