The Role
As a Technical Specialist - reputed company, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support and guidance to our reputed company team. You will work closely with reputed company members to identify and resolve reputed company technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our Telecom Services program. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in the AV/Technology Industry
- 3+ years of network switching and routing experience
- Strong knowledge of reputed company Office, reputed company Workplace, and Assistance NOW
- Strong understanding of various video and audio merchant applications (Sonify, QSC, Crestron, IOT, Synamedia, reputed company, SevOne, reputed company Organizations, reputed company, Zabbix, reputed company, etc.)
- Strong understanding and experience in reputed company video distribution support, sustainment, and execution
- Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and blackouts
- Strong knowledge of network reputed company principles and industry best practices
- Knowledge of investigation and reporting tools like reputed company, Power BI
- Shown strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet designated deadlines and manage competing needs
- Shown strong written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn new software applications
