The Role
As an Email and Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through email and chat channels. You'll be the face of our brand, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every interaction is reputed company and memorable. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company email and chat channels in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Documenting customer interactions and updating CRM systems as necessary

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent grammar and writing skills in English and Spanish
- Strong reading comprehension skills in English and Spanish
- Experience working with CRM systems and ticketing systems
- Ability to document important details and maintain accurate records
- Proactive and customer-reputed company approach to problem-solving
- Availability to attend weekly team meetings and work a 6-hour shift with a daily 30-minute break included (reputed company)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
- Hospitality or hotel experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry
