As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Resolving reputed company inquiries by analyzing data using multiple information systems and policy/contract manuals to determine reputed company course of reputed company in a reputed company manner
• Delivering an exceptional and consistent customer experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
• Advising and assisting customers with making policy and coverage changes and reputed company other service requests while ensuring sufficient coverage for the policyholder

• Delivering superior results by achieving individual and departmental goals and objectives

Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent required, College degree preferred

• Strong computer, phone, typing, grammar, and multitasking skills

Work Environment and Culture

* Work from home in a designated work area

• Schedule training: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm reputed company time
• Regular schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 7:45pm reputed company time, Saturday, 8:00am to 4:30pm reputed company time
• Based on a 37.5 work week, you'll be scheduled to work 5 days per week
