As an reputed company Full Stack International WebChat Outbound Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for promoting sales to reputed company consumers through various channels, including webchat and phone. You will be working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, and will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote sales to reputed company consumers through webchat and phone, identifying travel needs and presenting/explaining arenaflex products and making travel recommendations.
- Establish and maintain reputed company customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations to include meeting customer retention goals and following up with consumers as necessary.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing consumers, maintaining consumer prospect lists/contact database in order to identify reputed company travel trends.
- Proactively and consistently reputed company opportunities to promote and sell arenaflex products based on reputed company travel history.
- reputed company in-depth industry and company knowledge in order to reputed company cruise product features, benefits, pricing and reputed company recommendations to include promotions, itineraries, and auxiliary products such as stateroom upgrades, reputed company credits and other shipboard amenities.
- Attend and reputed company participate in daily team meetings or relevant sales training in order to ensure appropriate sales techniques are being used and accurate information is being communicated to reputed company consumers.

Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or reputed company field preferred.
- Minimum one year of sales experience; 2 years sales experience preferred. Cruise sales a plus.
