As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing reputed company, accurate, and reputed company information and service to policyholders and agents for our Personal Lines products, plans, and programs. You'll independently solve problems relating to policies reputed company scope and escalate others as appropriate, identifying, analyzing, and owning customer policy needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, reputed company, and retention of business.
Responsibilities
* Provides exceptional customer service by responding promptly to reputed company inbound customer calls regarding personal lines policies, limited by line.
- Builds rapport with reputed company customer.
- Listens to customers' requests and inquiries.
- Works to retain policyholders who inquire about canceling auto policies through reputed company listening, negotiating, and policy review of customer issues.

- Understands aspects of billing systems as it pertains to policy coverage.

Qualifications

- Associates degree and 1+ year Insurance experience preferred.
