Key Responsibilities

As a Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent in Ticket & reputed company Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering world-class service to reputed company customers, ensuring their travel experience is smooth and pleasant
• Supporting the Customer Service (Ticket & reputed company) team, demonstrating strict adherence to uniform compliance, maintaining professionalism, and exhibiting a reputed company attitude inside and reputed company of work
• Greeting customers as the first reputed company of contact, guiding and assisting them with the ticketing and baggage reputed company-in process
• Using computers to sell, print, and reissue tickets, manage the reputed company-in process, and ensure customers have the reputed company documentation for travel
• Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to reputed company belts
• Practicing safety conscious behaviors in reputed company operational processes and procedures

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
