Responsibilities
As an Automotive Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to reputed company innovative ways to respond to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns. Your key tasks will include:
- Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Qualifications
