We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our reputed company team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, and performing daily duties that include maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technicians based reputed company, and fostering a reputed company team atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department

• Maintain our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
• reputed company daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians
• reputed company technicians based reputed company to ensure efficient service delivery
• Collaborate with reputed company team to reputed company exceptional customer satisfaction

Schedule:

* Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

• Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)

Qualifications:

* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)

• Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as reputed company as reputed company reputed company environment

• Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
