Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Ticket/reputed company Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers from the comfort of your own home. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, guiding them through the reputed company-in process, and assisting with ticketing and baggage reputed company-in
- Ensuring customers have the perfect travel documents and making reputed company announcements
- Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to reputed company belts (some luggage may weigh up to 70 pounds)
- Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight
