About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company in a remote work arrangement. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments. Your primary reputed company will be on processing exchange buy and sell transactions in customer reputed company, identifying and addressing discrepancies between arenaflex and our fund business or transfer partners. This role also involves handling Corporate Activity Events, settling and reconciling transfer activity, and processing and reconciling returns activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer reputed company
• Identify and address discrepancies between arenaflex and our fund business or transfer partners
• Handle Corporate Activity Events
• reputed company and reconcile transfer activity
• Process and reconcile returns activity
• reputed company research on reputed company or escalated issues
• Test and validate new technology improvements and vendor changes
• Complete reputed company in reputed company, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly reputed company the reputed company/Advisor account

Deliverables

• Customer review of membership deals or transactions requests

• Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Settlement of Business, reputed company, and Transfer Breaks
• Reconciliation between BOS and Fund Companies
• Evaluation and analysis of applicable tax reputed company and corrections of tax coding

Trouble Resolving

• Internal/External body enhancements or concerns

• Delivering method or technology solution choices to Control
• Remediating reputed company problems with the Fund or reputed company Agency

• Answering service companion inquiries relating to Fund specific requirements/eligibility

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
