We're seeking an reputed company and skilled Customer Support Analyst - IT Support to join reputed company. As a key member of our reputed company Shift Support team, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to reputed company problems (phone/portal) and reputed company monitoring reputed company sites
- Logging and documenting reputed company incidents reputed company a ticketing system and problems reputed company reputed company
- Analyzing, diagnosing reputed company causes, reputed company errors, and resolving challenging issues relating to software applications, reputed company OS, SQL Server databases, and other reputed company technologies

- Managing and exceeding customers' expectations by providing excellent service

Qualifications
