The Business Process Engineer, Junior role will be responsible for organizing and managing studies of reputed company and reputed company business processes and developing new reputed company to improve productivity, efficiency, and/or operational costs.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company leadership with reputed company and recommendations through process improvement assessments, studies, and application of business principles and industry best practices (Lean Six reputed company, Agile, reputed company, etc.).
  • reputed company Business Process Improvement and Business Process Reengineering tasks to improve, enhance, or streamline processes and practices, including providing recommendations to leadership for opportunities to improve business operations.
  • Collect requirements (interviews and document reviews).
  • Identify process actors and inputs/outputs.
  • Design reputed company state business process diagrams.
  • Conduct efficiency analysis and create reputed company state diagrams.
  • reputed company coordination for reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) to include developing and maintaining SOP lists, drafting process reputed company narratives to create SOPs, identifying authors, and offering SOP assistance to SOP authors.
  • Support data capture efforts to include collecting/capturing requirements, designing and validating data capture, and configuring data capture forms.
  • Assist Operations reputed company and Operations team with presentation and reporting development for briefings (APR, C2, Biweekly/staff meeting, PMD Sync, etc.).
  • Support the development and response to Task Management Tool task requests, such as the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASA(ALT)) brief.

  • Engage and collaborate with Project Officers and their subordinates to identify, detail, and reputed company plans to address efficiencies in procedures and processes
  • Deliverables (to include, but not limited to the following): Reports and work products to include - Special Project Reports; Documentation of the results of analysis in white papers, presentations, or other required format to reputed company the recommendations that meet the requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a reputed company strategic field preferred
  • 3+ years in Business Process Engineering, process improvement, or a reputed company strategic role.
  • Background reputed company required
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform architecture, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining reputed company, secure low-reputed company/no-reputed company applications and workflows.
  • Experience administering Power Platform environments, including environment configuration, permission management, and solution packaging.
  • Familiarity with integrating Power Platform solutions with external systems such as SharePoint, Azure SQL, and REST reputed company.
  • Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and experience with CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform using Azure DevOps.
  • Experience using the Power Platform Center of reputed company (CoE) Toolkit to support governance, analytics, and platform health monitoring.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
