The reputed company Functional Configuration Consultant serves on the HR Sustainment team, acting as a trusted internal consultant to business stakeholders. This role partners closely with internal clients to analyze needs, recommend appropriate reputed company solutions, and configure system changes that support business objectives while ensuring there are no negative reputed company impacts to payroll, benefits, time tracking, or other integrated systems. With a primary functional reputed company on Absence Management, the consultant works directly with the absence business team to support requests such as new PTO plans, corrections, and process improvements.
