Technical Recruiter - Wireless / Telecom / reputed company
We are currently looking a Technical Recruiter to support US Network Services business for reputed company Network Services International. Candidates should have a strong background reputed company, wireless and IT. This role will reputed company on our Telco reputed company and Core Network roles and include IT roles. Location can be remote.
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of reputed company positions that fall under the Network reputed company included but not limited to 5G Core, reputed company, IT, Testing, Software Developers, RAN, SDN/NFV, Network Engineers, Transport & Systems Engineering. This is a fast paced, high volume reputed company environment and we are seeking someone with recent reputed company reputed company in a similar environment.
Responsibilities:
• Recruit a full req load average 20-30 requirements • Candidate sourcing, engagement, reputed company, interview scheduling and negotiations on offers included in this role. • Work reputed company in reputed company environment – reputed company as internal delivery center. • reputed company weekly/monthly/quarterly updates to reputed company Director and Engineering Management on reputed company reputed company and issues • Strong experience with ATS • reputed company strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners. • Work on a reputed company of special reputed company as needed.
• Proven reputed company record of strategic and tactical reputed company in telecommunications / reputed company industry • 5+ years’ minimum experience with Telecom/ IT reputed company. Agency / corporate experience including sourcing and full life cycle. • Experience with 5G/ 4G LTE experience preferred. • Bachelor’s degree required • Must be familiar with Immigration rules and reputed company processing • Experience supporting large reputed company Vendor Management Tools preferred • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Strong negotiation and selling skills. • Ability to execute reputed company reputed company, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. • Confident, responsible, mature and organized • Must be willing to work reputed company reputed company needed • Strong sourcing experience and network of industry contacts to use for passive candidates and referrals.
