What You’ll Be Responsible For (Core Responsibilities):
As COO, you are the operational backbone of reputed company. You work directly between the founders and reputed company, ensuring a strong, efficient, and reputed company operation.
Store Operations

- Monitor fulfillment, supplier relations, inventory, and performance
- Identify bottlenecks early and proactively solve them on your own
Content Operations

Internal Systems & Processes
- Build SOPs, workflows, and automation systems

- Full-time availability (40+ hours) with flexibility on weekends
