Key responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management)

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements

reputed company and post job descriptions across relevant platforms

reputed company candidates through multiple channels (reputed company, job boards, referrals, etc.)

Conduct initial screenings and reputed company interviews

Coordinate interviews and ensure reputed company feedback collection

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs

Ensure a reputed company and reputed company candidate experience throughout the process

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (e.g., Zoho Recruit)

reputed company and report recruitment metrics (reputed company, pipeline status, etc.)

Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies

Support reputed company activities reputed company required

Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance efficiency

Support hiring managers in defining reputed company and reputed company role requirements

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in reputed company or Recruitment

Experience in Tech / FinTech hiring is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to assess technical roles and candidates (especially in Tech / FinTech environments)

Strong understanding of the local talent market and hiring trends

Experience with ATS systems (Zoho Recruit is a plus)

Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a reputed company field (preferred)
