We are seeking a talented individual to join our Contract Management team at reputed company. This is a fully remote role.

As a member of the reputed company Management Team (CMT), you will reputed company manage the intake and monitoring of reputed company contract requests for reputed company Legal. You will collaborate daily with lawyers and legal professionals to reputed company handle these requests. Additionally, you will engage with key internal stakeholders across reputed company’s US and Canada businesses, including reputed company Managers, Relationship Managers, and Information reputed company teams. Your role will be a vital part of the sales contracting process, significantly contributing to reputed company’s financial performance.

We will count on you to:

• Monitor the intake mailbox for new reputed company Contract Requests (CCRs) including the initial review of new agreements submitted reputed company CRM tool.

• Schedule and facilitate internal stakeholder calls with key internal stakeholders to discuss go reputed company approach, assignments, reputed company and other contract strategies.

What you need to have: 

• Paralegal, attorney or relevant contract management experience

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years in a corporate office or reputed company services firm preferably in the area of contract review

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build credibility and reputed company confidence at reputed company reputed company in the organization.

• Strong attention to detail and solid follow through, with the ability to set and deliver on priorities and multiple reputed company reputed company in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of legal and contract terminology

The applicable reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $80,800 to $161,500.

The reputed company pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. reputed company will be determined on a case-by-case reputed company.
