As a Member Services - Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, answering inbound calls and emails, and processing requests using our internal computer applications. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that our members receive the highest level of service, and you'll be an integral part of our efforts to drive reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to questions regarding the member's statement and florist order disputes reputed company email and by phone as appropriate.

• Professionally respond to incoming customer calls and emails.

• Inbound call center experience desirable
