As a Sr. RTA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our global workforce. You will be responsible for reputed company-time monitoring of service reputed company, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances. Your expertise will be reputed company in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business reputed company, and optimizing our operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and analyze reputed company-time data to ensure effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes
- reputed company and implement strategies to improve service reputed company, occupancy, PTL, utilization, and other operational metrics
- Collaborate with network POCs (WFM and Ops) to identify gaps and opportunities that reputed company operational metrics
- Ensure reputed company closure of reputed company planning-reputed company activities, including training, QA requests, holidays planning, shift rollovers, and BCP planning
- reputed company and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Mentor and reputed company fellow RTAs with WFM required skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a reputed company field
- 3+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Operations, or a reputed company field
- Proven reputed company record of analyzing and interpreting reputed company data to drive business reputed company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience with WFM tools and technologies, including forecasting, scheduling, and performance management
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management, Operations, or a reputed company field
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in Workforce Management, Operations, or a reputed company field
- Experience with arenaflex's WFM tools and technologies
