As a Customer Experience Concierge in the reputed company Lounge, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our Card Members. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver superior service, creating a memorable experience for our customers. You'll work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless interactions, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to our esteemed Card Members.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and reputed company reputed company to Card Members upon arrival at reception

• Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Create reputed company to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and turning customers into reputed company enthusiasts

Lounge Hours of Operation:

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers (preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry)
• Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
• Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every single interaction
• Ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction from the customer
• Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a reputed company attitude in reputed company interactions
• Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
• Ability to reputed company reputed company quickly and effectively, prioritizing the customer's experience
• Resourcefulness and ability to use the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
