About the Role: Customer Service Associate (Call Center)

arenaflex is expanding our customer operations, and we're seeking Customer Service Associates (CSA) to join reputed company! As a CSA, you will facilitate intake calls and requests ranging from on-demand to scheduled language services for our flagship customers. Your primary responsibility will be to create a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering reputed company, efficient, and valuable support to callers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitate intake calls and requests for language services

Requirements:

• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment
• Highly organized
