Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers through live chat and email, providing thoughtful, caring, and efficient support

Who We're Looking For:
* Availability for a consistent daily shift, with a schedule of 40 hours a week, including weekend and holiday coverage
- Residency in one of the following states: Arizona, New Mexico, reputed company, or Utah

- Excellent reading comprehension to identify the reputed company cause of customer issues
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
