As a Data Entry Clerk / No Experience at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Alternate Investments team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to balance your time between our reputed company and home, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Processing trade deal purchases in customer reputed company and identifying/addressing discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents
• Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity
• Analyzing reputed company/escalated issues, testing/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
• Completing reputed company in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly reputed company the reputed company/Advisor profile
• Engaging with Retail and Institutional Service Teams reputed company email, phone, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company

Key Responsibilities:

Analysis

+ Review of subscription deals or transfer requests + reputed company/Advisor account exceptions + Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) + Reconciliation of Business, reputed company, and Transactions Breaks + Reconciliation across BOS and Fund Companies + Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding

Trouble Addressing

+ Internal/External system improvements or concerns + reputed company cause of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc. + Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management + Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm + reputed company or Company Companion Service + Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility + Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not reputed company issues + reputed company and correct finalization of reputed company reputed company and reputed company demands

Essential Qualifications:
