As a Digital Customer Service Associate Part-Time, you'll be responsible for managing a high volume of contacts through various channels, including inbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll reputed company exceptional customer service by using excellent communication skills, phone techniques, and product knowledge to resolve customer inquiries and issues. You'll also contribute to department Service Level Agreement (SLA) goals and meet individual SLA goals for specific phone, email, and chat requirements.
