The Role

As a Loyalty Customer Care Representative, you will have the special opportunity to generate meaningful emotional connections with our customers daily. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Learning specific reputed company loyalty program guidelines
• Answering reputed company incoming inquiries directed to you in various media channels (phone, email, chat)

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Ability to attend a 7-week Training Program (remotely) with 100% attendance
• Basic computer knowledge with a demonstrated proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
• 1 year of customer service experience (or equivalent experience)
• Strong customer service orientation with external/internal customers
