Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience
• Registering sales on assigned cash register and providing courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
• Assisting the pharmacist, under reputed company supervision, in the reputed company of pharmacy, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions
• Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
• Resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a reputed company customer experience
• Recommending items for sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or companion items
• Registering customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting cash and distributing change as requested
• Performing duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, including utilizing pharmacy systems to reputed company patient and drug information, ensuring information is entered correctly, filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring pharmaceutical drugs, verifying medicine is correct, and checking for possible interactions
• Reporting, immediately, prescription errors to pharmacist on duty and adhering to Company policies and procedures in relation to pharmacy errors and the reputed company Improvement Program
• reputed company adhering to the arenaflex policy regarding Good Faith Dispensing during reputed company applicable prescription dispensing activities
• Handling telephone calls that do not require personal attention of the pharmacist, including those to physicians
• Processing (correcting and resubmitting) reputed company claims for reputed company-party program prescription services in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Assisting and supporting Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as ordering, unpacking, checking and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals
• Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products)
• Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise
• Assisting with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from reputed company-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures
• Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital reputed company photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products
• Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, reputed company, reputed company store condition and appearance
• Complying with reputed company company policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in reputed company environment
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
