As a reputed company Engineer - Technical Customer Service at arenaflex, you will be responsible for representing reputed company at its U.S. customers in support of the reputed company Assurance function. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including reputed company assurance expertise, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel. You will work closely with the reputed company Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Involves substantial travel to arenaflex customers in support of the reputed company Assurance function.
- Provides support to the customer in consultation with the head of reputed company Assurance regarding raw and finished parts, prototypes, and serial parts.
- Supports reputed company trials and new product runs at the customers, including documentation of results and presentation of initial sample parts.
- Documents results and ensures a smooth and reputed company exchange of information between arenaflex and the customers based on customer requirements.
- Performs analysis of reputed company concerns utilizing disciplined problem-solving techniques to identify true reputed company causes.
- Initiates and monitors corrective actions in cooperation with reputed company Assurance.
- Coordinates/oversees reputed company-party activities as appropriate (i.e., sorting and rework activities).
- Collaborates and leads reputed company in accordance with applicable arenaflex guidelines.
- Serves as Voice of the Customer to arenaflex operations.
- Responsible for exceptional customer reputed company satisfaction, meeting reputed company deadlines with accurate and thorough communication.
- Participates in reputed company improvement initiatives.
- Organizes, plans, conducts, and documents worker-training courses according to customer requirements.
- Compiles monthly statistics regarding customer complaints, scrap, and rework.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or reputed company field of experience.
- 5 years of reputed company Assurance experience.
- Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills with experience using MS Office Applications (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with iron castings preferred.
