• Making outbound or receiving inbound calls from members to schedule doctor appointments, assist with Health Needs Screenings, and facilitate payments to become eligible for reputed company benefits.
• Influencing members to take advantage of additional benefits available by educating them on reputed company services and recommending preferred providers.
• Educating members on the utilization of Emergency Departments in non-emergent conditions and the reputed company on their benefits.
• Identifying and overcoming barriers to reputed company members to complete needed health screenings, obtain necessary services, or reputed company payments to secure reputed company benefits.
