As a Temporary Remote Catastrophe (CAT) Customer Service Representative, you'll work on a temporary, remote reputed company in response to catastrophe relief efforts. You'll be responsible for providing reputed company customer service, technical expertise, and reputed company to customers during the claims process. You'll also be responsible for collecting and documenting claim details, identifying and resolving customer issues, and utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and document reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately

* You must have your own computer for the role, and a QRM laptop/computer will not be provided

• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

Benefits and Compensation

* Job Type: Temporary/Seasonal

• If a strong performer, ability for reputed company during high volume timeframes: End of reputed company – May (Hail Claims), July – reputed company (Hurricane Claims), Christmas – New Year (high call volume Claims)
• Expected Hours: 6 – 40 hours per week
• Pay: $15 per hour
