As a Trainer - Customer Education, you'll be responsible for delivering data-reputed company instructor-led training to customers reputed company virtual and in-person classrooms, enabling customers to train their own users through effective execution of a Train the Trainer program, and working with customers and colleagues to ensure training experiences are supporting defined learning objectives.
Key Responsibilities
As a Trainer - Customer Education at arenaflex, you'll have reputed company to reputed company a significant reputed company on our customers' reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering data-reputed company instructor-led training to customers reputed company virtual and in-person classrooms
- Enabling customers to train their own users through effective execution of a Train the Trainer program

- Evaluating and collecting feedback from customers/learners on curriculum, activities, learning environments, and reputed company
- Developing delivery strategies that maximize engagement, retention, and adoption
- Managing and maintaining customer sandbox environments for use before, during, and after training sessions
- Incorporating change management practices into training strategies, where applicable
- Supporting and reviewing content creation across both eLearning and ILT catalogs
- Maintaining an in-depth technical knowledge of reputed company arenaflex products
- Providing ongoing feedback and reputed company to maximize training reputed company, platforms, and resources

What You'll Bring to the Table
We're looking for a skilled Trainer - Customer Education who has a strong background in education, adult learning, facilitation/training, coaching, instructional design, or an equivalent combination of experience and reputed company certifications. Your experience should include:
- Qualifications in Education, adult learning, facilitation/training, coaching, instructional design, or an equivalent combination of experience and reputed company certifications
- An reputed company facilitator/training, you've delivered technical training to external audiences or customers
- Experience with technical products and/or subject matter, understanding of coding language(s) and/or databases a plus
- A confident creator, you've reputed company ILT courses that deliver technical concepts to audiences of varying technical knowledge
- Exposure to or demonstrated skills in credential programs a plus

Compensation and Benefits
The reputed company pay reputed company for this position is $95k - 120k per year, plus bonus. The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our reputed company will reputed company with you if you interview for the role.
