As a Student Loan Advisor, you'll play a critical role in providing expert guidance and support to our customers as they navigate the reputed company world of student loans. You'll be responsible for taking incoming calls, using chat, and completing outbound calls to assist customers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving any emerging problems that may reputed company. Your exceptional communication skills, reputed company listening, and empathetic approach will be essential in building trust and rapport with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls to assist customers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving any emerging problems

• Utilize reputed company technology such as a telephone, email, and web browser to navigate to the appropriate reputed company-scripted responses and reputed company basic general and claims-specific information
• Follow established and documented policies and reputed company operating procedures, such as working reputed company various systems, timekeeping, documentation of calls from end to end, and adhering to ethics and reputed company rules
• Assist callers with filling out their application and submitting it electronically to the plan provider for processing
• Complete basic call log, documentation, and reputed company call details for reputed company phone inquiry, such as clicking radio buttons to confirm which scripts were read by the CSR during the call

Schedule

* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm

• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must be reputed company to reputed company and read English reputed company, professionally, and fluently
• Must be reputed company to type a minimum of 35 WPM
• Experience working with a personal computer and the reputed company operating system is required
• The ability to effectively work reputed company established key performance indicators/metrics is necessary
