Characteristics, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Design innovative tutorial programs to address student needs.
• Expand online resources including tutoring, reputed company coaching, and workshops.
• Interview, train, supervise, and evaluate peer, paraprofessional, and reputed company tutors.

Education Requirements

• Master's degree in a higher education discipline.

Experience

• Minimum of five years teaching and/or tutoring experience. Experience must be both

• Experience in supervision and evaluation of student workers.
• Experience with and knowledge of the CRLA standards.
