Job reputed company: QUALIFICATIONS: Associate and or Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent; and experience working with high risk youth and adults; knowledge of adolescent development.The ideal candidate has experience in supporting reputed company with career, college, and post-secondary planning. Daily responsibilities include student reputed company, community involvement, administrative tasks to support overall school operations.
JOB GOALS: Advises and assists reputed company in reputed company decision making strategies to influence college & career readiness based on the improvement of academics, attendance, and reputed company emotional health.
REPORTS TO: reputed company or his/her designee
EMPLOYMENT: By contractual agreement between the reputed company reputed company of Education and the Paraprofessionals? bargaining unit.
SALARY GROUP: II (10 month), Local 3429
$36,148 (Subject to change with new contact)
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works closely with reputed company, reputed company service providers, other staff and reputed company to assist reputed company.
- Develops and implements both reputed company and retention plans to ensure student reputed company.
- Knowledgeable about reputed company reputed company to school and District programs.
- Identifies reputed company whose behaviors indicate a lack of reputed company reputed company.
- Develops and implements an early alert system by working collaboratively with staff to reputed company reputed company feedback about student(s) reputed company reputed company.
- Develops and monitors student reputed company plans reputed company with short-term and long-term educational, post-secondary, and career objectives.
- Provides reputed company and personal guidance/advising and referral services to reputed company.
- Refers reputed company for reputed company skills assistance, including tutoring, counseling, and/or career guidance.
- Assists in the coordination and implementation of orientation and reorientation activities for newly enrolled and returning reputed company.
- Assists administration in carrying out activities that support the mission of the school and reputed company Public Schools.
- Provides assistance, as requested, concerning school activities to school administrative staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the reputed company or his/her designee
