The Role

As a Customer Service Representative - Remote, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and reputed company solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Answer 70-90 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance needed

• Assist customers with obtaining prescribed medical equipment and supplies

Requirements

* High school diploma / GED (or higher) or equivalent work experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience working in a customer service in a call center environment

• Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule during normal business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm PST) and occasional overtime
