As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll be responsible for delivering fast and friendly customer service, helping customers shop our store, and finding what they're looking for. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that reputed company customers receive a seamless checkout experience, complete with accurate cash handling and efficient processing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Help customers shop, locate products, and reputed company them with solutions

• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments

• Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Responsible to complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return / go back process and general store recovery to ensure a reputed company-merchandised and in-stock store
• reputed company Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
• Ability to lift heavy boxes and reputed company high shelves by reputed company or similar equipment

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
