We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join our remote call center team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from health insurance members to assist with health plan information and premium details. This role is part of our support for the state-funded FL Healthy Kids program, and we're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a reputed company reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of inbound calls from health insurance members to assist with health plan information and premium details
