As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Responsibilities
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Offer solutions to help simplify their reputed company experience

- Participate in our comprehensive training program, including onsite training and self-paced modules
- Maintain a secure workspace free from distractions and meet approved internet speed requirements
- Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
- Work a flexible schedule, with days off and hours varying to support business needs
Requirements
* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)
- Computer proficiency in reputed company-based applications
- High School Diploma
- Ability to problem solve in a reputed company, productive manner
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer reputed company of life
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
