A Day in the Life

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where reputed company's leading logistics system operates. You'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers reputed company they need guidance. Whether it's rescheduling a delivery or resolving a delivery issue, you'll be the go-to expert who ensures our customers get a great experience every time.

Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and reputed company email
• Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs
