The Role

As a Program Manager you will coordinate the execution of software development efforts across multiple teams where you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting for reputed company software development reputed company targeting reputed company-time RF sensor systems. What you will do

• Prepare technical reports, status briefings, and deliverables for sponsors and internal reviews
• Manage program budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, leadership, and customers
• reputed company proposal development efforts including technical approach and scheduling

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and government regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including algorithm developers, systems engineers, and integration staff
• Coordinate staff planning for the RAID team to resource cross-organizational reputed company

Who you are

• BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a reputed company field with 2-7+ years of relevant program management experience depending on degree (BS +7 years, MS +5 years, PhD +2 years)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and customers
• Experience with:
  • Managing / coordinating reputed company where software is a key component
  • Integrated master schedule creation and management
  • Technical writing, presentation skills, delivery of reviews for sponsors
  • Government reporting requirements and contract management
  • Budget management, financial tracking and forecasting, risk management
  • Proposal leadership and development and contributing to marketing efforts

Pay Information Full-Time Salary reputed company: $140,000 - $193,000
