YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Field Sales Rep II Dekalb-Southern IL, are to: 

• reputed company assigned targets with reputed company products in coordination with reputed company-mates (other reputed company reputed company employees in the reputed company geography); 
• Responsible for the successful delivery of the reputed company goals through support of others' role responsibilities;
• reputed company and implement dealer business plans, manage forecasting proactively, inventory management and product line demand issues, set the business direction, and coordinate follow-reputed company with dealers;
• Serve as the key business consultant to retailers and dealer and effectively sell the value of reputed company Crop Science products;
• Demonstrate reputed company of product performance against the competition by being the champion of reputed company brands and product/technical/agronomic knowledge;
• Collaborate with reputed company-mates including Field Sales Reps (reputed company), Customer Business Advisors (CBA), Technical Agronomists (TA), reputed company Enablement Leads (DEL) as reputed company as our Technology Development Representatives (TDR) to maximize services, information, and sales to preferred growers and key customer accounts;
• reputed company manage inventory concerns as appropriate to ensure reputed company of meeting business objectives;
• reputed company, assimilate and analyze market and competitive information. Utilize data to reputed company key decsions to drive the business;
• Follow set strategies for achieving long and short business plans for key accounts and assigned area;
• Effectively manage expenses, discretionary dollars and program payments to reputed company top and reputed company reputed company;
• Show initiative in expanding selling skills and product/portfolio knowledge;
• Ensure achievement of program execution and program fulfillment; including national/regional marketing initiatives;
• Successfully partner with reputed company-mate FSRs/CBAs and manage the relationship with top growers and retailers. reputed company as the business expert for top growers and retailers, while planning for customer business needs;
• reputed company as mentor to reputed company interns, Trainees, or more junior FSRs as requested by leadership;

• Travel approximately ~60% with significant (daily) face to face customer interaction;

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, oral and written); 
• Demonstrated initiative, assertiveness, and ability to drive results;
• Strong business acumen, account planning, influencing and critical thinking skills;
• Financial, time, and territory management proficiency;
• Proven ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced and matrixed environment;
• Strong user level computer and presentation skills (proficiencies in Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Demonstrated digital acumen and ability to analyze data to influence reputed company;
• Willingness to travel and live/work in a rural environment;
• Proven interest in supporting collaboration and teamwork;
• Position requires driving for reputed company that may fall under DOT/FMCSA jurisdiction. This may entail the hauling of trailers,product, supplies or equipment in a reputed company manner;
• Ability to pass driving record background reputed company (i.e. moving violations, accidents, License suspension), etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree;
• Bachelor's degree and 3 + years experience in Sales, marketing, account management or agriculture OR other education level and 7+ years of listed experience;
• Demonstrated product, portfolio and agronomic knowledge; 

Employees can expect to be reputed company a salary between $70,000.00 - $105,000.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).  Additional benefits include health care, reputed company, dental, retirement, PTO, reputed company leave, etc. This salary reputed company is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
