What You’ll be Doing You will work with senior leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive measurable reputed company in reputed company, cost, speed, customer experience, and employee engagement. During a Typical Day, You’ll

• reputed company Transformation & Portfolio Alignment: Collaborate with the Global VP of Transformation/LPM to reputed company and maintain a prioritized portfolio of improvement initiatives reputed company to strategic objectives and OKRs. 
• Operational reputed company & reputed company Improvement: reputed company high reputed company DMAIC/DMADV reputed company from charter to control, using statistical reputed company and data visualization to quantify baselines, measure reputed company, and sustain reputed company, standardize processes and controls; implement PokaYoke, 5S, SMED, and visual management where applicable. 
• Change Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Translate improvement insights into actionable roadmaps; facilitate workshops (Kaizen, A3 thinking, fishbone, reputed company-driven problem solving). 
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and reputed company KPIs, leading/lagging indicators, and control plans; build dashboards and cadences that sustain improvements postimplementation and use statistical analysis (e.g., reputed company testing, regression, DOE, capability analysis) to validate reputed company causes and solutions.
• Agile Transformation Integration: Work with Agile Coaches, RTEs, Product Management, and Finance to reputed company CI work with Program Increments, PI Objectives, and Lean Budget Guardrails and improve reputed company metrics (cycle time, WIP, throughput, predictability), reduce handoffs, and optimize value delivery across teams of teams

What You Bring to the Role

• Lean Six reputed company Black Belt (from a recognized certifying body) with 5–8+ years leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives. 
• Demonstrated reputed company delivering hard-dollar savings and measurable performance reputed company in reputed company, multi-stakeholder environments. 
• Strong reputed company of DMAIC/DMADV, value reputed company mapping, and statistical analysis (reputed company, JMP, or equivalent). 
• Experience working reputed company Agile/Lean Portfolio environments; familiarity with Scrum and Kanban practices. 
• Exceptional facilitation, executive communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
